The Easytech N3 device is a portable instrument designed to facilitate Nordic Hamstring exercise and to measure the eccentric and isometric force of the knee flexors.According to the latest studies at least 60% of knee flex injuries could be avoided by increasing the eccentric force of the hamstrings.
The N3 app can connect via Bluetooth (BLE) to the N3 device. Thanks to its extremely intuitive interface, it allows a single operator to have complete control of the Nordic Hamstring exercise at the level not only of the individual athlete but also of the whole team:
- Visual feedback in real-time
- Measurement of force (instantaneous and maximum) and of the work performed
- Local database for storing the registry, tests and exercises
- Consultation for single athlete and / or team
- Analysis of the trend of trend at the level of single athlete and / or team
** OPERATOR INTERFACE **
Once an operator profile has been created, it will be possible to:
- create your own team
- consult the registry of athletes
- keeping the trend of the individual athlete and the entire team under observation
- start a new exercise that can be memorized according to its type: Nordic Hamstring, Isometric, Test
- share the exercises carried out through the main sharing apps
** SINGLE EXERCISE **
The operator can have a new exercise performed by displaying the expressed strength and total work in real time. It is possible to set a rest interval between successive repetitions. At the end of the exercise, it will be possible to save it in the archive.
** ANONYMOUS EXERCISE **
The operator can decide to have a new exercise run anonymously. The only difference with the "single exercise" mode concerns the fact that, at the end of this, it will not be possible to save the exercise in the archive.
** DEMO MODE **
If there is no Bluetooth connection with the N3 device, the operator can decide to start an exercise in demo mode: a short video will be displayed with the demonstration of running an exercise and at the same time a simulated example route will be presented.
