HAEGIN’s “Play Together” and Sanrio characters Collaborate

Game company HAEGIN (CEO Young-il Lee) has announced their global licensing collaboration with the Sanrio characters IP and their mobile casual social network game "Play Together".

This collaboration adds a variety of content utilizing the Sanrio characters IP to Kaia Island, the very place where "Play Together" is set. To start, the pink-colored "Sanrio characters Hotel" opens its doors in Kaia Island's Downtown area, and NPCs of Hello Kitty and other popular Sanrio characters such as My Melody, Kuromi, Cinnamoroll, Pompompurin, and Pochacco are inside to welcome visitors.

To celebrate the opening of the Sanrio characters Hotel, events have been added to give players a chance to collect items themed after Sanrio characters. Players can start by completing missions to help NPC Hello Kitty inside the hotel. By doing so, players can acquire event coins and exchange them for unique items such as the Hello Kitty Hotel Gown, the Hello Kitty Hotelier Uniform, and the Hello Kitty Bath Bucket (Vehicle). An attendance event that gives players a chance to acquire the Cinnamoroll Profile image during the event is also available, and the Gift Calendar is another fantastic location that's been prepared in the Downtown area for players to collect a variety of items based on the Sanrio characters.

In addition to this, other various items based on the Sanrio characters IP have been added to "Play Together" as well, such as new costumes, furniture, and vehicles. HAEGIN and Sanrio Korea plan on continuing discussions of what other content based on the Sanrio characters IP could be added to the game in the future.
