Heartopia Penguin Event Guide: All Locations, Favorite Food & Rewards (2026)

Heartopia's coastline seems a little different! A group of adorable penguins have temporarily taken over the Winter Utopia area, and they're waiting to meet you! Whether you want to claim the exclusive Penguin Trophy or simply watch these little guys mimic your walk, you'd better hurry. This guide will help you find the penguins, stock up on their favorite treats and become friends with them before March 14th.

Where to Find the Penguins

Head to the Winter Utopian area and find the Concert entrance. The penguins are in the Old Sea and on the beach in front of the entrance. You'll find more if you walk east. In total, you can spot three baby penguins and three adult penguins, and they will refresh in various locations at any time.

How to Build Bonds with Penguin

Like the other animals in Heartopia, building a friendship with penguins mainly revolves around feeding them in penguin's trough. The Penguin's trough is directly in front of the Concert entrance. After placing food in the feeding area, you can interact with the penguins.

What Is Penguin's Favorite Food

Penguins accept many types of seafood, but they have only three favorites: Sardine, Common Prawn and False Scad.

The shadows of Sardine and Common Prawn are relatively small; remember to look for the smaller fish shadows in the water. The shadow of False Scad is huge.

How to Increase Bond Level With Penguin

Since the penguin event only lasts 21 days, you'll need to do the following essentially:

• Feed them every day, is the primary way to increase bond level.
• Store up the three things penguins love to eat most.
• Pet, feed and interact with the penguins daily.
• Open your Watch to check your bond level progress in Animal Catalog.

Penguin has only 5 bond levels, but each unlocks various things:
