The Snow of Dushuo is the main selectable banner where you lock in a 6-star from the designated pool and log in daily for 10 free summons, up to 100 in total. The Dushuo Draw is a separate lucky draw activity with material and Clear Drop prizes, earned through pre-registering, sharing the event page, and logging in daily for additional draw chances.
The Decatone from the sign-in event is exclusively for use on the Her Heart-Cut Spring banner, while the 20 Unilog come from the two-part sign-in event at 10 each.
The Immaterial Photoscope requires completing main story 1ST-01 [Wretched Brats] to claim. Consume 3 Immaterial Batteries to open it and select one 6-star Artifice from the designated group: 6, Tooth Fairy, Willow, Druvis III, Lilya, Sotheby, Eternity, Ms. NewBabel, Jessica, Shamane, and Voyager.

Paper Heron — Phase 1 Limited 6-Star
Banner: Her Heart-Cut Spring | April 16 to May 28
A wandering member of the White Horse School, Paper Heron is a Plant-afflatus Reality DPS built around the Impromptu Incantation archetype. Upon entering battle, she deploys her signature Qi Panorama array, converting the team’s Impromptu Incantation from a single-target Mental attack into a Plant-afflatus AoE Reality strike. The fewer enemies on the field, the harder each hit lands, and any attacks beyond the hit cap convert into a burst of additional Reality damage instead of being wasted.
As both a core carry and team-wide enabler, she slots naturally into any Impromptu team. The current top-end composition pairs her with Mercuria, Tooth Fairy, and Kiperina as sustain, with An-An Lee as a solid stand-in for Mercuria if needed. She does not require portrait investment to perform well, making her accessible for F2P and light spenders. If luck isn’t on your side, you can guarantee her with 200 Cassettes of the Lost via the limited shop.

Cheng Heguang — Phase 2 Limited 6-Star
Banner: Soaring Aspirations | From May 7
Chief Constable of the Zhu County. Cheng Heguang plays as a follow-up attacker and buffer who builds stacks to power up his ultimate and supply team-wide buffs. His banner opens later in the patch alongside 5-stars Baby Blue and Blonney, so there is a natural gap after Paper Heron’s banner to assess your remaining resources before committing.

Reed — New 4-Star (Free)
A UTTU magazine editor and the central story character of the Du Shuo Festival arc. Reed is obtainable for free through the updated Pre-Storm Protocol event, accessible to everyone regardless of pull budget. Her core mechanic revolves around managing her own Evergreen state, which she can also share with the rest of the team.

If you are a new player starting fresh to chase Paper Heron, the 100-pull login bonus makes for one of the better reroll windows the game has offered. Every new account has a real shot at the limited, and the Snow of Dushuo banner lets you lock in a target from the designated pool so your pulls are never wasted on unwanted characters.
The most efficient way to do this is with LDPlayer, a free Android emulator for PC. Play Reverse:1999 on PC using its built-in LDMultiPlayer tool to clone your game instance and run several accounts at once, while the Synchronizer mirrors your inputs across all of them simultaneously. What would take 40 minutes across four accounts manually now takes 10. Since the 100 free pulls come in at 10 per day over 10 days, running parallel accounts across the full login window and picking the strongest result at the end is a much smarter play than committing to a single account on day one.
