The CARNEO Fit + APP is used to connect CARNEO smart watches and smart bracelets to your phone.The application requires rights to receive application notifications, SMS and phone calls, which you select in the application settings under the notification option in order to display received notifications, SMS and phone call information on your smart watch in real time.
The application aggregates all data measured by the bracelet and displays the measured data in statistical graphs. It also evaluates various physical data such as stress, cardio index, BMI, evaluates sleep quality and motivates you to perform better daily for a healthier life. The application has a history of measured data that is always available to you. A menstrual calendar is available for women with a forecast of menstrual days and ovulation to help women plan pregnancy.
