All requirements met? Perfect! Then just download the app, register and then you can start!
With the app you can see exactly where the next e-scooter is waiting for you. Then you can reserve it directly so that it doesn't get snatched from under your nose.
Now you can unlock the box with the app, put on the right helmet and start driving. Incidentally, there are two helmets in different sizes per vehicle.
You can even take a break! How it works? Stop, press the pause button in the app and the rental tariff will be switched to the parking tariff.
Have you arrived at your destination? Then simply park the scooter in a suitable place. Please make sure that you don't get in the way anywhere. Put your helmet back in the box and close it. Then all you have to do is click on “End rental” in the app. This closes the helmet box and the meli scooter is logged off.
