Use of the Expert Expert application;
1. In order to use the expert application, you need to create a password from the address https://bilirkisi.uyap.gov.tr.
2- Select the Mobile User Actions menu under My Personal Information Menu.
3- Create the password that you use only in the Expert Mobile application.
Read and confirm the Expert Mobile contract. Check the checkbox and click the save button.
5- Open the Expert witness application and T.C. Login with the password you created with your ID number.
