Play Together Rocks Kaia Island for Its 5th Anniversary

HAEGIN (CEO Youngil Lee) announced that its mobile social network game Play Together will celebrate its 5th anniversary with a major festival and the School of Rock update, which introduces a full revamp of the game’s school content.

First, a variety of events celebrating the game’s 5th anniversary will take place over four weeks starting March 19. Players can enjoy the festive atmosphere by completing special quests in Kaia Island Plaza, such as crafting and delivering a 5th anniversary cake or searching for missing cake decorations. In particular, the 21-Day Cumulative Login Event prepared for the anniversary allows players to receive a variety of limited-edition rewards simply by logging in, including the Floating 5th Anniversary Balloon and the 5th Anniversary Cake Cart, as well as, the Cream-Splattered Cake Hat and the Sweet Cream Smudge Face costumes.

Alongside this, a new school-themed event titled School of Rock will begin. Players can experience an exciting storyline in which a lone guitarist meets Shina Bright, Cosmo, and Poppy Pup, members of the band Star★Beat, and eventually takes the stage at the school festival. A variety of special events will also be held. By completing the step-by-step missions in the Star★Beat: The Beginning of a Legend event, players can obtain five Star★Beat instruments and Music Coins. Using the Music Coins to participate in the Play Your Playlist minigame allows players to earn various rewards, including the Rock Band School Bus vehicle.

In this update, activities in the school, one of the main hubs of player activity, have also undergone a major overhaul. The overall visuals of the school have been improved to enhance its visual appeal, while the UI has been optimized to provide a more intuitive and convenient user experience. In addition, the existing school minigames have been fully revamped to deliver more dynamic gameplay, allowing players to enjoy a refreshed school life experience on Kaia Island together with their friends.
