“Play Together” Announces New Update in Time for the Year of the Wood Snake

Game company HAEGIN (CEO Young-il Lee) has announced their latest update which includes the Full Moon Rice Cake Workshop and more in time for the Lunar New Year for their mobile casual social networking game "Play Together."

The rice cakes of the Full Moon Rice Cake Workshop that set up shop in the Plaza area of Kaia Island in time for the Year of the Wood Snake have transformed into monsters. The owner of the workshop needs the help of the players to rebuild the workshop, which has since been destroyed by the Rice Cake Monsters, and retrieve the missing rice cakes. By successfully rebuilding the workshop, players have a chance to acquire lovely costume items such as the Rice Cake Workshop Top Apprentice Hanbok, Rice Cake Workshop Top Apprentice Shoes, Rice Cake Workshop Top Apprentice Hair Bun, and the Rice Cake Workshop Petal Cheopji Accessory as rewards.

The Rice Cake Monsters that ran away can be defeated with a pickaxe and are said to be found around the Plaza area, the Camping Ground, and the Downtown Korea Travel Center. After defeating the monsters, players are able to acquire the Rice Cake Dough as a reward, which allows players to acquire other various rewards such as Gems, the 5-Star Card Pack, the "Soft and Chewy" Name Tag, the "Rice Cake Workshop Profile," and more.

Additionally, an attendance event has been prepared to give players a chance to collect gifts such as the Tteokguk Hairband and the Sebae motion by logging into the game for a total of seven days. Meanwhile, a coupon event is available from the official community in celebration of the Lunar New Year so that players may acquire items such as a Lucky Gem Box, a Lizard Egg, and three Premium Pet Nutrition Supplements.

Furthermore, from January 30th to February 5th, the "Locating the Missing Rice Cake Dough" event will be available for players who have gathered Rice Cake Dough to acquire items such as the New Year's Money Pouch, the VVIP Card Pack, and more.
