The Earth team, with Diane as its primary attacker, is one of the strongest teams currently. This team boasts both powerful firepower and survivability, its advantage lying in its stability far over other elements.
Elaine and King provide support in terms of firepower and survivability, while Tioreh provides highly efficient burst damage. Although they lack healing abilities, Elaine's buffs are extremely powerful; her increased defense reduces damage taken, making the team less vulnerable to weak attacks.

It focused on the Holy attribute, with King as the main firepower. The team consists of one damage dealer and three support characters, designed to maximize King's powerful Bloom effect.
Elaine provides burst damage and survivability support, Mannie enhances firepower, and Dreydrin helps improve the efficiency of special skill rotations. While the lack of healing is a drawback, the abundant buffs and powerful firepower are very appealing, so players should be careful to avoid enemy attacks.
It's especially worth mentioning that there are many Holy attribute bosses in story mode, making King a very useful character.

The Dark team with Meliodas as the DPS is also a strong team. The main strategy is to first use Tristan and Tioreh to unleash a fire burst, then switch to a dark burst using Bug, and finally finish with Meliodas.
To unleash a dark burst, other attribute bursts need to be activated first, so we've included two fire-attribute characters that can be obtained freely; both have high burst efficiency. After the fire burst is activated, use Bug to adjust the position, and then use Meliodas to finish off the opponent.

This is a Cold team with Mannie as the main DPS and Jericho as the secondary DPS. Jericho excels at burst damage, and currently, these are the only two Ice-element characters available in the team. Therefore, the remaining two slots are the general support characters, King and Elaine.
The most notable feature of this team is its extremely high damage output. When the team is at its best, its firepower can rival that of other elemental teams. However, the current lack of Ice-element characters results in slightly weaker buff effects compared to other teams, which also means there is significant room for improvement in the future.

This team focuses on Tristan, switching to Slader after activating Fire Burst to boost damage. In practice, Tioreh's debuffs and Guila's shield application are also crucial, requiring strategic rotation of the four characters.
The biggest appeal is that all characters are available for free, ensuring players can easily build their own teams. These characters are easy to control, lacking special skills or traits, so it's recommended to initially build a Fire team to progress through the story and collect materials.

This lightning team features Drake as the primary attacker and is known for its high DPS achieved through reduced skill cooldowns. Since lightning bursts are crucial, Elaine is used in addition to Gilthunder to maximize burst efficiency.
The only weakness of this build is its relatively low survivability, but Hendrickson compensates for this.

A team lead by Elaine, who specializes in critical damage. The team includes characters with buffs/debuffs related to critical hits and burst damage to ensure frequent critical hits from Elaine.
The basic strategy is to first use Tristan to deal burst damage, then use Howzer to reduce the enemy's critical hit resistance, and finally use Elaine to maximize damage output. The team's lack of survivability can be compensated for by using Hendrickson.
Meliodas is a versatile damage dealer who can fit into any elemental team. He also needs other elemental units to help him accumulate burst energy, then converts it into massive Darkness damage.

Diane benefits greatly from defensive buffs, which can improve her survivability, shield strength, healing ability, and damage output.

Elaine is a top-tier universal support. She provides shielding, improves burst efficiency, and offers flexible buffs that benefit almost any team.

Jericho is a crit-focused DPS/support hybrid. She works best when enabling burst generation and increasing crit-based damage, often synergizing with Meliodas.

Mannie is a universal character that fits any team, providing crit damage and burst efficiency.

Drake functions as a Lightning-based DPS with DoT (Shock) synergy. His kit leans toward sustained damage through status effects.

Guila is a Fire DPS that benefits from strong early-game Fire team synergy and consistent burst generation.

King is a flexible DPS who can deal strong damage but is harder to optimize as a main carry due to burst generation limitations.

From the balanced strength of the Earth team to the accessibility of Fire comps, The Seven Deadly Sins: Origin offers a wide range of team-building strategies. As your roster expands, focus on synergy over raw power, and don’t hesitate to mix in universal supports like Elaine or Manny to elevate your team. Mastering these combinations will give you a clear edge—whether you’re pushing story content or preparing for tougher challenges ahead.
