In the current beta of The Seven Deadly Sins: Origin, Jericho has already emerged as one of the most impressive damage dealers in the game. Known for her powerful burst potential and crit-focused gameplay, she can shred bosses quickly and remains effective even into late-game content.
In this Jericho build guide, we’ll go over her playstyle, best weapon types and recommended team compositions based on the information currently available from beta gameplay.

Jericho is widely considered one of the strongest DPS characters in the Origin beta. She specializes in high burst damage and critical-hit scaling, making her extremely effective against bosses and high-HP enemies. Players who obtain Jericho early often can use her to carry progression well into endgame content.
Key strengths:

Unlike many DPS characters, Jericho’s basic attacks are a major part of her damage output. Her slashing attacks can deal very high damage when combined with crit bonuses, making them effective even without relying heavily on Ultimate skills. So, the Ultimate may often be saved for other teammates instead like Meliodas.

And her gameplay revolves around these two features:
Jericho is a Frost-element attacker whose kit benefits heavily from Critical Chance and Critical Damage bonuses.
Many team setups therefore aim to boost her damage through:
In some beta team setups, support characters can deploy turrets or buffs that increase crit stats, allowing Jericho to reach extremely high burst damage.
One of Jericho’s defining mechanics is her ability to attack enemies from behind.
Some of her skills allow her to:
However, this mechanic can occasionally place her in dangerous positions during certain boss mechanics, so positioning awareness is still important.

Jericho can use 3 types of weapon in the game:

Jericho (Dual Swords) is a cold attacker who uses her normal skills to grant herself the buff Frozen Saber. When in Freeze Saber mode, all skills except for switch skills deal additional damage and allow for additional accumulation of the Burst Gauge.
Basically, it's effective to use the Freeze Saber state to quickly accumulate damage and burst gauge, then switch to another character while the state is released and the cooldown is in effect.
Due to her high Cold Burst efficiency and the ability to reduce Cold resistance, she is recommended as an attacker in Cold element formations.

Jericho (Lance) is a cold supporter who can grant her allies Frozen Breath to improve their endurance. She also has the effect of increasing cold damage, and can even increase his firepower when shielded, which will be explained later.
The barriers that can be granted by the normal skill Ice Rock is not restricted to the target's attribute, and the frozen breath can also improve defense, making it useful as a general-purpose endurance supporter. In addition, the tag skill Frozen Slicer can also grant a shield, making it an attractive option for reinforcement.
The special move "Ice Field" can be used to inflict the "Freeze" status abnormality. By simply using the special move, you can easily create an opportunity, so be sure to use it actively against opponents for whom freezing is effective.

Jericho (Rapier) is a cold attacker who excels at increasing his firepower against enemies in the Chill or Freeze state. In addition to increasing her critical hit rate, she can also shorten the cooldown time of her skills, so she can increase her damage by attacking with multiple attacks.
Dual Swords are considered the best option for Jericho.
Reason:
However, there is a resource issue: Some Dual Swords are also the weapon of choice for Meliodas (particularly in healing/survivability builds), creating potential resource competition between these two characters.
To avoid weapon competition, Jericho is recommended to use the Launce. This style provides a shield for the entire team and boosts the firepower of ice-attribute characters.
In the early game, only Jericho and Manny possess ice attributes, so she is usually used as a secondary damage dealer in the Dual Swords type. However, the Launce has greater future potential, so if time permits, it is recommended to continue developing her.

This setup focuses on Ice-element synergy.
Currently, Jericho and Manny are among the few Ice-element characters available, so the remaining slots are typically filled with versatile support characters.

Jericho is shaping up to be one of the most powerful DPS characters in the beta of The Seven Deadly Sins: Origin. Her crit-focused gameplay, high burst damage, and strong basic attack scaling make her especially effective against bosses and high-level enemies. As more characters, gear sets, and elemental synergies are introduced, Jericho’s role in the meta will likely continue to evolve.
