Our delivery/pick-up service is gradually being expanded. You can check whether an Alnatura Super Natura store in your area already offers the service directly in the app or in the Alnatura online shop at shop.alnatura.de: Simply enter your desired delivery address and - if available - select your desired store.

Alnatura account
In order to be able to order via the online shop, you need an Alnatura account. Log in to your Alnatura account with your existing data or register for the first time at alnatura.de/api/account/signup.
Use the Alnatura delivery or pick-up service
Step 1: Download the Alnatura app to your smartphone and register or log in with an existing account.
Step 2: Have you checked whether the delivery/collection service is possible at your address? Then select your desired store in the app.
Step 3: Fill your shopping cart. The minimum value of goods is 29 euros. Free delivery from 59 euros.
Step 4: Choose delivery or collection.
Step 5: Select delivery day and time from the delivery windows offered or pick-up day. The earliest possible delivery is the next working day.
Step 6: Pay conveniently online – by credit card or PayPal. If you have a Payback card, you can also collect points when you shop online.
Step 7: We will deliver your organic purchase on the next working day or on your desired date (depending on the available delivery window) - or you can come to the selected store to collect it.

In addition to the online shop, you can already use the following functions in the Alnatura app: Be inspired by the Alnatura organic variety, browse through the product categories, use the search function and find out comprehensive information about our products.
