It has gone through several iterations of design and development to become the nifty little tool you see today. Select the verses you wish to memorize, hit start, and type the first letter of each word in the verses. If you miss a word three times in a row, it appears in the lower right-hand corner as a hint. When you are finished, the app shows you the number of errors you made in all as well as which words you had trouble with. Or, if you got everything right, it gives its congratulations! While you are in the middle of "reciting" the passage, you can start over or select a new passage to do instead.
