Word Promise is an alternate version of the popular “Scrabble" board game to help newbies win easily while providing an exciting new challenge for diehard experts.Based on the English set of 100 letter tiles, this app-only version lets up to 6 players compete together for more fun. Main change is the scoring format - where the player who places the first word also benefits from subsequent scores of other words linked to that first word. Since this results in much higher tallies, players can vie to be part of the exclusive club to score over 1,000 points in a game!
No dictionary is included to get rid of pesky 'cheat' words - players get to decide which words are acceptable with 'Challenges'. If any word is rejected, that player loses the turn & points, with all tiles returned.
