Hero revamps and skin reworks in MLBB aren’t just glow-ups for screenshots. They change how the hero actually feels to play, whether they’re finally meta again or still doomed to the bench, and—most importantly—whether you’ll lock them in confidently or instantly regret it in draft.
This guide breaks everything down into two chaotic but necessary parts: Revamp Heroes and Revamp Skins.

MLBB Hero Revamps Overview
Kadita Revamp

The Kadita revamp focuses on skill consistency and execution reliability. As a burst mage that depends on precise timing, Kadita previously suffered from delayed animations and narrow combo windows.
The revamp improves skill responsiveness and animation smoothness, allowing Kadita to engage and disengage more safely. Crowd control effects are more reliable, making her significantly stronger in mid-game skirmishes and team fights.
From a meta perspective, Kadita becomes more viable against mobile heroes and fits well into rotation-heavy compositions.
Revamped Kaja-New skill

Skill 01: Kaja emits electrical energy in the surrounding area.
Skill 02: Kaja can fly and deal damage when landing on anopponent.

Revamped Masha - New skill

Skill 01: Masha releases a wave of attacks towards theopponent, giving damage and a slow effect to the enemy.
Skill 02: Masha jumps towards the target, the skill can beused again
Popol and Kupa Revamp

Skill 01,Skill 02 & Skill 03 still have no changes.
Ultimate Skill + Skill 01: Now this Skill has become anarea Skil
The Popol and Kupa revamp primarily targets Kupa’s AI behavior and command responsiveness. Previously, inconsistent pet control reduced the hero’s reliability in fights.
With improved AI logic, Kupa responds faster and survives longer, especially during objective fights and lane pressure situations. Trap mechanics feel more impactful, reinforcing Popol’s role as a vision-control marksman.
In ranked play, this revamp makes Popol and Kupa a more stable and macro-oriented pick.
Aulus Revamp

The Aulus revamp addresses his weak early-game performance while preserving his late-game power fantasy. Previously, Aulus required long setup time before becoming impactful.
The revamp improves early-to-mid game combat flow, allowing Aulus to contribute sooner in fights. Stacking mechanics are smoother and clearer, making his progression more intuitive.
This change makes Aulus more consistent in ranked matches, especially in long-duration games.
Eudora Revamp

The Eudora revamp retains her identity as a high-burst mage while modernizing her kit for current MLBB pacing. Skill chaining is faster, and visual effects are clearer, making her combos more intuitive.
Reduced animation delays mean less counterplay for enemies, increasing her consistency in pick-off scenarios. While still immobile, Eudora remains deadly against squishy targets, especially in solo queue.
Post-revamp, Eudora continues to excel in ambush-focused team compositions.

Why Revamp Skins Matter Beyond Cosmetics
Revamp skins help older heroes meet modern visual standards, improving animation smoothness and skill readability. While skins do not change mechanics, clearer effects reduce visual clutter.
For competitive players, this subtle improvement can positively impact reaction speed and decision-making. Revamp skins also extend the longevity of classic heroes within an evolving game environment.
Final Thoughts on MLBB Revamps
Hero revamps shake the meta like someone flipped the table in draft, while skin revamps don’t change the numbers—but somehow make everything feel smoother, flashier, and way more expensive than it should be.
Legacy heroes get dragged into the modern era kicking and screaming, with new mechanics and cleaner animations.
Keeping up with upcoming revamps is survival. It helps you prep for patch day chaos, adjust your hero pool before your main gets “adjusted,” and decide whether to save your resources… or accept that yes, you’re probably buying that skin anyway.
