News and Guides for LAST ORIGIN R+

Last Origin R+ Light Attacker Tier List Guide

Reese Avery
|2026-05-27

If you are building teams in Last Origin, Light Attackers are some of the most important units for progression, farming, and late-game clearing. Some units specialize in wave clearing, while others are focused on boss fights or niche compositions.

This guide organizes the current Light Attackers by their original rarity tiers: SS, S, A, and B ranks, while also explaining their actual in-game performance, strengths, weaknesses, and farming value. For farming recommendations, 6 copies usually means a full core link, while 7 copies means one additional no-link utility copy.

Alexandra

Alexandra

Recommended Copies: 7

Alexandra improved a lot after her buffs. Her passive is easier to trigger now, she can contribute AoE damage, and she also boosts EXP gain for the team, which makes her useful in farming setups. However, stronger electric attackers still outperform her overall, and her passive activation can still feel inconsistent in difficult stages. She is decent, but not quite strong enough to dominate the meta.

Sowan

Sowan

Recommended Copies: 6

Sowan remains one of the better Light Attackers thanks to her follow-up attacks, armor penetration, and reliable damage output. She used to be much stronger in older metas, but newer units pushed her slightly down over time. Even so, she is still a very solid attacker that performs well in Light-focused teams.

Khan

Khan

Recommended Copies: 7

Khan is one of the strongest evade tanks disguised as an attacker. With her exclusive equipment Dust Storm, she becomes extremely difficult to kill thanks to self-provoke and evasion mechanics. She is the core of several strong team compositions, especially for newer players who want a durable frontline unit. The only issue is that her exclusive gear is difficult to farm.

Shirayuri

Shirayuri

Recommended Copies: 6

Shirayuri provides fire damage and reconnaissance support attacks, but her overall performance feels limited. Her support attack coverage is small, and she relies too heavily on fire resistance debuffs to deal meaningful damage. She works fine in certain setups, but lacks the impact needed to become a top-tier attacker.

Charlotte

Charlotte

Recommended Copies: 7

Charlotte is extremely powerful against single targets and can delete enemies very quickly. The problem is that modern stages in Last Origin heavily reward AoE clearing and fast wave management. Since Charlotte mainly focuses on one enemy at a time and offers little team utility, she struggles to compete with stronger wave-clearing attackers.

Poi

Poi

Recommended Copies: 6

Poi has a unique AoE pattern and good personal damage, but her team-building options are awkward. Most of the companion units she synergizes with are defenders, making it difficult to create efficient offensive teams around her. Individually she performs well, but her overall synergy limitations hold her back.

Nicky Tracy

Nicky Tracy

Recommended Copies: 7

Nicky Tracy focuses on electric damage and enemy debuffs that increase incoming damage. While her support utility is decent, her actual damage output feels underwhelming for an attacker. Much like Alexandra, her passive can be awkward to activate consistently, which keeps her from becoming a top performer.

Boryeon

Mane

Valkyrie

Valkyrie

Recommended Copies: 6

Valkyrie used to dominate older metas, but current team compositions have pushed her down significantly. Even after upgrading to SS rank, she still relies heavily on specific Valhalla-style teams to function properly. Her single-target focus also hurts her value in modern content.

Quick Camel

Quick Camel

Recommended Copies: 6

Quick Camel improved massively after later buffs and now performs extremely well inside Khan teams. Her repeated follow-up attacks allow her to stack impressive damage quickly, and her synergy with evade compositions is excellent. She scales especially well after SS upgrades.

Phantom

Phantom

Recommended Copies: 6

Phantom is one of the few attackers capable of removing enemy buffs, giving her niche value in manual play and specific encounters. Outside of that utility, however, her single-target focus and slower setup prevent her from becoming universally useful.

Veronica

Veronica

Recommended Copies: 6

Veronica became more usable after her rework, but her ideal teams are still too slow for the current meta. Most of her best partners are defenders or support units, limiting overall damage output. She has potential, but the surrounding team compositions simply are not strong enough right now.

Empress

Empress

Recommended Copies: 6

Empress stands out because there are very few Light ice attackers available. She has decent survivability and acceptable damage output, but elemental attackers generally require heavy resistance debuff support to truly shine. Without that support, her performance feels average.

Kaen

Kaen

Recommended Copies: 6

Kaen is one of the easiest high-value attackers to build. She deals extremely strong row damage and can erase multiple enemies in a single turn with proper investment. Her fire damage scaling and accessibility make her one of the safest attackers for newer players to raise.

Tachi

Tachi

Recommended Copies: 6

Tachi has a very interesting elemental conversion concept tied to equipment, but the actual damage calculation mechanics heavily weaken her performance. Even though she offers utility like counterattack removal, her overall damage output is far too low compared to stronger attackers.

Boryeon

Boryeon

Recommended Copies: 6

Boryeon functions like a weaker version of Sowan or Quick Camel. She offers some follow-up attacks and basic attack-speed buffs, but her support effects are relatively weak and her synergy options are limited. She works as a temporary option but gets replaced quickly once stronger attackers are available.

Mane

Mane

Recommended Copies: 6

Mane has decent personal damage but awkward positioning requirements and weak team buffs. Her kit feels too limited compared to other attackers that provide either stronger AoE or better utility. She is usable, but difficult to justify over stronger alternatives.

Dark Eleven

Dark Eleven

Hyena

Hyena

Vanilla

Vanilla

Recommended Copies: 6

Vanilla attempts to provide side-position support and frontline assistance, but her overall damage output is simply too low. Units like Quick Camel fill similar roles much more effectively, making Vanilla difficult to justify in most team setups.

Nymph

Nymph

Recommended Copies: 6

Even with her exclusive equipment, Nymph remains extremely situational. Her buffs only affect the unit directly in front of her, which creates restrictive team-building requirements and limits her overall usefulness.

Amy Razor

Amy Razor

Recommended Copies: 6

Amy Razor has a strong kit on paper with high damage potential and useful buffs. However, her passive requires her to secure kills consistently, which makes her difficult to optimize without building entire teams around her. That inconsistency lowers her overall value.

Miho

Miho

Recommended Copies: 6

Miho remains one of the best beginner-friendly attackers available. She deals strong early-game damage, upgrades well into SS rank, and stays useful for a long time. Her biggest weakness is limited armor penetration, which hurts her against heavily armored late-game enemies.

Dark Eleven

Dark Eleven

Recommended Copies: 6

Dark Eleven suffers mainly from poor team support. Her kit heavily depends on running multiple elf units together, but there simply are not enough strong elf characters available to make the composition work properly yet.

Hyena

Hyena

Recommended Copies: 6

Hyena earns her value through her square-shaped AoE attack and strong compatibility with Khan teams. Very few attackers can provide reliable square AoE coverage, which gives her a useful niche despite lacking higher rarity upgrades.

Leprechaun

Werewolf

descript

Tomo

Dutch Girl

descript

Tiequan

Fotia

Fotia

Recommended Copies: 6

Fotia relies heavily on stacking mechanics, which are generally weak in Last Origin’s fast-paced combat system. Most battles end too quickly for her scaling to matter.

Leprechaun

Leprechaun

Recommended Copies: 6

Leprechaun depends entirely on Brownie-centered compositions. Without those setups, her usefulness drops dramatically, and unfortunately those teams are not particularly strong in the current meta.

Werewolf

Werewolf

Recommended Copies: 6

Werewolf performs reasonably well inside Khan or Brownie teams and can deal strong single-target damage. Outside of those specific compositions, however, her value falls off quickly.

Tomo

Tomo

Recommended Copies: 6

Tomo struggles because she relies too heavily on niche Brownie compositions. Her overall flexibility is extremely limited compared to stronger attackers.

Dutch Girl

Dutch Girl

Recommended Copies: 6

Dutch Girl is mostly remembered as a low-level farming specialist. Outside of specific farming stages, she sees very little practical usage.

Tiequan

Tiequan

Recommended Copies: 6

Tiequan offers very little unique utility and suffers from mediocre single-target damage. There are simply too many better alternatives available.

Conclusion

In the current Last Origin meta, flexible Light Attackers with strong AoE damage and good team synergy are generally the safest investments for both new and mid-game players. While some units are still niche or situational, future buffs and team updates can always shift the rankings. Try different team combinations, invest in the units you enjoy most, and keep experimenting as the meta evolves.
