Cards in this game have a total of 6 star rating, ranging from 1 star to 6 stars. The higher the star rating, the better the base stats, but obtaining duplicate copies of the same card also becomes more difficult, as it largely depends on luck.
For these different rating, star worth investing in: 4 stars to 6 stars, with priority given to those that have duplicates.
And star ratings can be increased by exchanging enough Galaxy Fragment (to upgrade from 5 stars to 6 stars) or Moonlight Time (to upgrade from 4 stars to 5 stars).

Moonlight Time |
Galaxy Fragment |
Each duplicate increases all base stats by 20%. This means a card with stacked flowers is significantly stronger than the same card without any duplicates.
Example: A 5-star Crit card with stacked flowers often performs better than a 6-star card with no flowers. However, even a maxed-out 5-star Crit card can only deal single-target damage. It works well as a one-time burst option, but struggles against enemies with thick health pools. On the other hand, 6-star cards feature AoE attacks and can consistently deal more total damage over time. The two serve different roles, so direct comparison isn't fair. That said, both are equally worth investing in.
So, prioritize 6-star cards and 5-star Crit cards. Among these, always choose the ones with duplicates first.

Download LDPLAYER, play Light and Night on PC, enhance your gaming experience!
The main team is primarily used for story stages, event stages, and daily/weekly dungeons. These stages feature bubbles of various attributes. Therefore, it's best to equip your 5 card slots with different attributes (maximum of two cards with the same attribute).
If you don't have enough cards, start by raising 1–2 copies of "Flash of Inspiration" with duplicates, along with your main raised cards. With a bit of luck and a few tries, you'll get through. However, Flash of Inspiration becomes less useful in the late game and is generally not used.
In the Dream Realm, you'll face two specific attributes per stage.
Therefore, cards that match the stage's attributes should be placed later in your lineup, because if used too early (when bubble HP is low), you risk overkill (wasted damage) .
Preparation Before Starting:
Alright, that's all the key tips for raising cards and building teams in Light and Night! That said, no matter how well you've leveled up your cards, if your phone starts lagging and dropping frames when there's too much visual effects, it can really make you want to uninstall the game out of frustration. So seriously recommend giving LDPlayer a try. Playing on a big computer screen not only makes it easier to see skill triggers, but more importantly, the game runs smoothly without overheating.
